Three bisexual men from the San Francisco area have filed a lawsuit claiming they were discriminated against during the Gay Softball World Series in the Seattle area two years ago.
The Seattle Times reports that the men filed the case Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Seattle against the softball tournament's organizer, the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance. It alleges that after another team complained, the alliance ruled the three men were "nongay," and took away the team's second-place finish.

WTF? why the gay guys gotta pick on the "nongays"? probably jealous of the lucky bisexuals who live in what i hope we all realize is basically a paradise of limitless sexual possibilities. but i just see Sore Losers here...this is like Konan Bedie, upon realizing that he would probably lose, declaring that Alassane Ouattara couldn't run in cote d'ivoire's 2000 elections because ouattare couldn't prove his mother was born in cote d'ivoire. and what did that lead to? that's right--WAR.
is there a positive side to this? well, i guess homophobic bisexual men can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that they're "nongay", and get back to guiltlessly enjoying their MMF threesomes. also nice to see that this was in the SPORTS section of the newspaper--that's Progress, right?
