Are you even allowed to smoke at the zoo?

And, ugh, so many questions. Like, are signs like this at each and every exhibit? What about the lions and tigers and bears? Why are zoo officials allowed to lie like this? Is claiming eating cigarettes causes cancer (false) SO much easier than the truth that nicotine consumption CAN be lethal? I thought only goats ate trash and shit.
