Really? You couldn't figure out what 'Keep your legs together. This isn't Jamaica" meant?

You act like i'm the only one who spends wednesdays trying to find audio clips of funny one-liners from Cruel Intentions. I failed, but found this q&a:

Question-
"Keep your legs together, this isn't jamaica" What dose this saying mean?Me and my friends have ben saying this to each other for years, (ever since we first saw cruel intentions any way) but none of us even know what it ACTUALLY means, can some one fill us in please?

The quote is suggesting that Jamaicans are promiscuous/have a lot of sex.4 months ago

Asker's Comment: i guess the meaning was just staring us in the face, but i'm not sure its politically correct to insinuate ALL jamaicans are promiscuous. having said that the character who used that line was in fact later revealed to be very closed minded about race. Thank you!
